Cancel at any time
You may cancel a monthly or annual NextRand subscription at any time before its next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; it does not normally reverse a charge already processed.

You remain in control of your subscription. This policy applies to NextRand subscriptions paid through Paystack or PayFast and explains how to stop renewal.
Paystack and PayFast subscriptions
The same cancellation terms apply whether your subscription payment is handled by Paystack or PayFast. We will record the cancellation against the applicable gateway subscription so that future automatic renewal charges stop.
How to cancel
Use the subscription or billing controls in your account when available, or email pbaka@innovativesciencesolutions.org from the email linked to your NextRand account. Include your plan, payment gateway and Paystack or PayFast reference if available, but never send card details or passwords.
When cancellation takes effect
Unless a refund is approved, paid features remain available until the end of the current paid billing period. The subscription will not renew after that date, and the account may then move to the Free plan.
Timing and confirmation
Submit the request before the renewal date. We aim to acknowledge email requests within 3 business days and will confirm when cancellation has been recorded. Keep the confirmation for your records.
Your information
Cancellation does not automatically delete your account or saved financial records. You may separately request eligible access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to legal, security and operational retention requirements.
Failed payments and reactivation
A failed Paystack or PayFast payment may restrict paid features but does not by itself confirm cancellation. You may reactivate later by selecting an available plan and completing a new secure payment through an offered gateway.
Cancel before your renewal date to prevent the next scheduled subscription charge.
